About Focal Holdings
With a 30 year trading history, Focal Holdings is a New Zealand owned and operated company. We are recognised internationally as a well-established, reputable wholesaler and distributor of photographic supplies.
History
Early success came from being one of the first to recognise the role one hour mini-labs would play in the photographic film processing future. As a result, in late 1983 and early 1984 the company started importing machines for the retail market. It was during this period that we made the transition to becoming a comprehensive photographic wholesaler. Since then, we have continued to extend our range of products in this field.

A New Era
In 2010, Focal Holdings’ ownership changed when it was acquired and put under the same ownership as Jada Products Ltd, one of New Zealand’s most progressive importers and distributors of high quality consumer electronics. The merger has opened up a number of new opportunities for the company and enabled us to further grow the brands we represent here in New Zealand.
